Problem Statement
In a saturated digital content market, creators often struggle to monetise their work directly and sustainably. Traditional platforms prioritise engagement over earnings, leaving creators underpaid and audiences disconnected from authentic interactions. KimmyK sought to disrupt this model by launching a peer-to-peer pay-per-view platform, enabling creators to earn directly from their audience and control their content distribution with autonomy and impact.



The Challenge
As an emerging startup with ambitions to enter the North American market, KimmyK needed a product and service partner who could support a full-stack MVP launch — from concept to go-live. The challenge was to:
