DentaBase.com.au set out to simplify dental hiring by providing Australia-wide access to pre-vetted dental professionals for permanent and temp/locum roles, with a stated 24-hour turnaround — enabling practices (and recruiters) to connect directly with talent without the traditional fee-heavy middleman model.

The Challenge

As a specialist, two-sided recruitment platform, DentaBase needed to:

  • Build a trusted marketplace that works for practices, recruiters, and dental professionals

  • Prove speed-to-value (e.g., fill roles quickly) while maintaining quality through pre-vetting / verification pathways

  • Create an experience where professionals can be discovered and contacted directly (without friction)

  • Establish a clear commercial model for practices/recruiters that avoids commissions and hidden fees
